Refund policy

If a file doesn't work, or the book isn't what you expected, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions about why.

How to ask

Email hello@polyreads.com (hola@polyreads.com en español) with the email you used at checkout or your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

How you're refunded

Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. They usually show up within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.

This policy covers purchases from polyreads.com. Books bought on Amazon, Google Play or Apple Books follow that store's refund rules.
